Waiver Settings

Waivers (or Agreements) can be added to the Membership process

Updated over a week ago

The waiver is a document outlining the legal responsibilities of the Organisation and the member that your member signs as an agreement with your club.

Waivers are optional features for your Membership Levels - they can be turned on or off, for any or all Levels, depending on your requirements.

Setting up your Organisation's Waiver for Memberships

The default Waiver for all Memberships can be found within Organisation Settings > Memberships. If you wish, you can modify the Waiver here and it will apply to all subsequent Membership Levels you may create.

Note: If you have a number of Memberships to create that will have the same Waiver, it's a time saving idea to modify the "default" Waiver in the Organisation Settings > Memberships area before you start creating Membership Levels. Otherwise, you'll have to edit each Membership Level's Member Messages etc individually.

Waivers can, however, be overwritten for each Membership Level and edited as required.

The Require Agreement feature can be enabled or disabled for each Membership Level as required.

Waiver (Agreement) Text, the Agreement Title (what appears to the Contact when joining a Membership), the Agreement Acceptance Text can all be customised:
