You can Reply To and Forward an email from within TidyHQ.

As with sending an email, when Forwarding you can:

  1. Edit the subject

  2. Select a scheduled time to send

  3. Edit the email content

  4. Include or remove the attachment

Note: You can reply to a message to a Contact that is not within your Contacts list (e.g. replying to a message received via your TidyHQ site's Contact Us page) but you may only forward an email to Contacts (and Groups) within your site).

Tip: Rather than filling up your email box with attachments, consider using Storage to just include a link to the file you want to distribute (with the added bonus that you can remove/edit the file later and the out of date version will no longer be available).
