Stripe provides a way for individuals and businesses to accept payments over the internet. It is a user-friendly way to accept payments online and in mobile apps.
Stripe is free to set up and run and connects to your existing bank account…. plus it means you can control refunds through our platform!
This payment service charges its own fees (which vary depending on the country of your Stripe account and the currency you charge in) and also attracts the TidyHQ 1.0% + 20c service fee (payable by the customer - this fee differs depending on the Plan you are signed up to)
For Australian organisations, the Stripe fee is 1.75% + 30 cents (check the Stripe site for other country information).

If one of your supporters disputes a charge, Ensure the treasurer raises a chargeback immediately. If it's not sorted out in time, Stripe will deduct it from their Stripe balance.
PayPal
PayPal Deprecation Notice: As of December 2019 the PayPal Payment Gateway will not be supported by the TidyHQ Platform.
