Adding attachments to the Meeting

Learn to add attachments to agendas or minutes in TidyHQ Meetings, with steps for new and existing meetings, including uploading files.

An admin with Meetings app permission can add attachments to your agenda or minutes.

Adding attachments to the agenda

For a new agenda:

Go to Meetings>New Meeting and complete the details of your Meeting.

To add attachments for agenda items, click the paper clip icon to the far right of the row that details the relevant agenda item.

Select Upload New.

Choose the file you wish to attach and click Upload.

Complete the rest of your agenda and click Create Meeting.

For an existing agenda:

Go to Meetings>Upcoming Meetings, find the meeting you wish to edit and click View Details.

Click Edit Meeting.

To add attachments for agenda items, click the paper clip icon to the far right of the row that details the relevant agenda item.

Select Upload New.

Choose the file you wish to attach and click Upload.

Don't forget to click Save.


Adding attachments to the minutes

Even if your Minutes have already been created, attachments can still be added.

Go to Meetings and locate the meeting you wish to edit in either the "Upcoming" or "Past Meetings" pages. Click on View Details.

Click on Edit Minutes.

Navigate to the item in the minutes that is relevant to your attachment. Click Add Attachment (Note: this button doesn't appear until the cursor is clicked in the "Details" field).

Click on Upload New.

Choose the file you wish to attach and click Upload.

Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
