Others beside the secretary can attach reports to an agenda for your meetings. This is quite a simple task and can take some of the workload not only from the secretaries shoulders but also yours.
Once you have created your Agenda, Reports can still be added by going to Meetings >View Details>Edit Minutes then click on the Add Attachments button
however to attach a report remember first it must be saved on your computer.
Note: Currently you can't upload a file to a Sub-Item.
