You can customise your Public Facing page.

Go to Organisation Settings > Public Facing Page

An overview of the components making up your Public Facing Page

1. Logo - personalise your site with your Organisation's logo.

Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Logos and Colours

It is best to use a square image (the logo will be resized to be 50 x 50 px), maximum 300 x 300 pixels. PNG format is preferred but will also accept GIF and JPG formats.

Note: All uploaded logos will be resized to 50 x 50 pixels.

2. Menu Items

Memberships will appear if your Membership Levels are active AND you have online payments (i.e. Stripe or PayPal) enabled.

Events and Meetings menu items will appear for any current public events/meetings.

Contact Us will list details compiled from Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Details, using the Mailing Address, Contact Number (if entered), Organisational Email (if entered), other Web Site (if entered).

You can enter extra Public Contacts, the details of which will also appear on the Contact Us page at Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Public Contacts. Each of the fields are optional so you can have either email and/or phone details displaying.

3. Main (Hero) Image

You can upload a Hero image (recommended 1920 x 500 px) and a PNG or JPG format.

4. Organisation Information

This is the description of your organisation.

Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Public Facing Page

5. Events

Current events links & images will appear on the Public Facing Page automatically, displaying the next two public events.

6. Sponsors

You can list your sponsor's logos (with a link to their site, if required) on your public facing page.

The logos will be resized to 78 px high (width proportionally) and up to 10 logos can appear on one line (if they're square).

7. Address and contact details

Displays details compiled from Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Details, using the Mailing Address, Contact Number (if entered), Organisational Email (if entered), other Web Site (if entered).

8. Social Networks

Lists Facebook and Twitter information (if entered) at Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Social Networks

9. RSS feeds (if entered)

Any RSS feed details can be entered at Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Public Facing Page using the RSS/Atom Feed URL field.

The Twitter posts will appear if Twitter feed is authorised at Organisation Settings > Organisation Details > Social Networks

Note: Facebook no longer support RSS feeds, so at this time, there is no way to include a Facebook feed on your Public Facing Page.
