Board Packs (Beta)

Combine your meeting agenda and attachments into one PDF you can view, annotate, and export - privately.

Board Packs combine a meeting's agenda and all of its uploaded attachments into a single PDF, so everyone preparing for a meeting has one document to work from instead of hunting through separate files.

Note: Board Packs are currently in early access.

Getting your Board Pack

When a meeting is published, every invitee is emailed to let them know their Board Pack is ready, so they can review it and prepare.

To open it yourself, go to the meeting and click the Board Pack button in the top right.

Viewing your Board Pack

The Board Pack opens as a viewer with the agenda and attachments linked together into one document. You can navigate between sections and zoom in or out as needed.

Annotating

Click the Annotate tab to mark up the Board Pack. You can:

  • Highlight text

  • Add comments

  • Add text (with adjustable size)

  • Underline

  • Draw freehand

  • Insert shapes

Your annotations and comments are private to your account - no one else viewing the same Board Pack will see them.

Exporting your annotations

To keep a copy for yourself, open the menu and select Export. This generates a separate PDF containing the Board Pack along with your annotations and comments, which you can save to your device.

Exported annotations display best in Adobe Acrobat Reader - a download link is provided at the point of export if you don't already have it. This step is optional.

Starting over

If you want to clear your annotations and start fresh, use Delete in the menu. This removes your existing markup and regenerates a clean copy of the Board Pack for you to annotate again.

Note: A Board Pack is a snapshot, generated from the agenda and attachments at that point in time. If the meeting's minutes or notes are updated afterwards, the original Board Pack won't reflect those changes.

There's a link back to the meeting from the Board Pack view.
