You can send an email to all committee members advising them of current meeting minutes and tasks are now available for viewing.
You need to firstly setup a Group for your Committee Members. You will then be able to send details to the entire group.
Contacts > New Group Create the new group name in the Title and fill in the below fields.
After you have created a new group, you can add the contacts to the group by selecting + Add Contacts
You can then Send Invites of Send Details to single Contacts or Groups
