You can easily Duplicate an Event e.g. for repeating or regular events. Duplicating will also include Tickets and Schedule (if included).

Select your target Event.

Select More Options > Duplicate Event:

You now have a copy of your Event (which is Unpublished). To make it appear with your other Events on your Public Facing Page, you'll need to Edit (change the Title, Date/Time etc) and Publish it, as required.
