If a product your selling has variations for example different sizes or colours. In this tutorial, I’ll show you exactly how to set up Product Variants in your TidyHQ Shop so your customers can choose the version that suits them — without you manually sorting through messages like “Hey, do you have this in Medium?”

Whether it’s uniforms, merch, tickets, or custom options, variants keep your shop organised and your orders clean.

Select 'Add Variation'.

Give your variant a title and add a quantity if relevant.

Select 'Add Variation' for additional variations.

To re-order the variations drag the variation into place using the three line icon.

Important Note:

When a Product Variation Quantity reaches Zero this item will no longer appear as available in the Shop. So if the Small Item was at Zero, only X-Small & Medium would show on the Product Page.
