The Dropbox Backup app creates a weekly backup of your Contacts and attachments and stores them within your Dropbox account.
Getting Started
From your TidyHQ admin dashboard, navigate to Apps > Dropbox Backup and then click Add App.
Once added, the Add App button will become a Settings button. Click it to continue, then Authorize Access:
You'll be redirected to Dropbox to log in...
Once you're logged in, you'll be asked to allow access for the TidyHQ Backup App. Click Allow. You'll then be redirected back to TidyHQ.
Managing your Backups
Once authorised, your Dropbox Backup app settings page should look a bit like this:
You can view how much space is used and remaining in your Dropbox, set the name of the backup folder in Dropbox, launch a one-off backup manually, and turn backups on or off for:
Emails
Finances
Tasks
Contacts
Storage
Meetings
You can also deauthorise access to Dropbox, in order to re-authorise with a different Dropbox account. If you remove the app, that will also deauthorise Dropbox access.
