If you've already got a TidyHQ account, and want to connect your GameDay account to it, here's how!

TidyHQ and GameDay have partnered together to create a sports ecosystem that allows administrators to effectively and efficiently manage their members online. This partnership allows member data and some financial information to be shared from an organisations Gameday Passport account to their TidyHQ account.

Note: If you don't currently have access to your organisation's account within Gameday Passport, you will need to contact another admin from your organisation. If you're from a Club, your league/association may be able to provide you with access.

To set up your organisation to integrate with TidyHQ follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log into your association/club GameDay database via your passport account: passport.sportstg.com

Step 2. On the home dashboard, click the GameDay Marketplace icon on the top right hand side.

Step 3. Scroll down to Product Integrations section and click GET STARTED button on theTidyHQ tile.

Note: This integration is only active for organisations with certain types of GameDay accounts. If you don't see this integration available, then unfortunately your account is unable to sync with TidyHQ. Please contact GameDay support for further information.

Step 4. Click the checkbox under the GIVE YOUR CONSENT heading, then click SUBMIT to proceed.

Step 5. You will then be taken to the TidyHQ portal. Click "Connect to Existing Organisation".

Step 6. Select the TidyHQ account you wish to connect to your GameDay account.

Note: You will need to have administrator level access to the TidyHQ account for it to appear in the dropdown list.

Step 7: You will then be taken to your TidyHQ account. The GameDay app should automatically install and begin syncing across your Contacts. Please give it a few minutes to complete the sync, then check your Contacts app for a list of your Contacts and the Groups section to see your Contacts grouped according to their tag in GameDay (eg player, coach, official).

All done! Note: The synchronisation of data between GameDay and TidyHQ will happen upon connection and then once every 24 hours.
