TidyHQ has now added the ability for you to link an email address to a specific role.

For example: president+your-organisation-name@mail.tidyhq.com.

Go to Organisation Settings >Users and Roles > Roles. Here you will need to allocate a contact to a Role.

Once you have added the contact beside the relevant position select Allow for Messaging and add the title of the Role and Save.

This will then create the email address for each position. The emails will target just the person you are wishing to contact by sending this straight to that person's email address, as per their contact details.

Note: When and if the position changes, you will just need to go to Users and Roles and add the new person.
