Archiving emails

Need to keep emails but want them out of your inbox? Archiving is the answer.

You may wish to clear your email Inbox and Sent box a little but still need to ensure that you have kept all records of your correspondence. Archiving is the tool for you to use, the emails will stay in there but can be moved back if need be.


Go to Communicate>Inbox or Communicate>Sent and locate the email you wish to archive.

Click on the cog symbol to the far right of the email and select Move to Archives.

If you need to move an email back out of Archive, simply go to Communicate>Archives and locate the email you wish to move. Click the cog symbol to the far right of the email and select Move to Inbox.

Note: The Archive section with the Communicate app is different from the Archive section within TidyHQ itself (accessible from the Administration Dashboard). See here for more information on the Archive section.
