With the Global Inbox handling feature (which has been rolled out as opt-in, to avoid breaking backward compatibility), your organization is now able to opt-in making all inbox actions (e.g. read, archive, delete and most importantly - junk) global.
This is the first step to improving how we handle spam email, and making sure your inbox is clean and manageable.
You can enable this option by going to Organisation Settings > Communicate, and opting in to "Enable Global Inbox Actions" as follows:
This will enable the new inbox behaviour, and you can opt-out at any time at the moment.
How this works in your Communicate App
Once you have enabled Global Inbox Actions you will see a drop-down arrow adjacent to the master checkbox in your Inbox. The first step is to check the boxes adjacent to each entry to the left of your screen. Then you can apply your selected action, eg. Move to Trash to each of the emails you have selected. This will apply to the view that all admins see. Therefore, once an administrator with the correct permissions has deleted a number of entries, these will no longer show in other admins' view of the shared inbox.
