Select Finances > New Expense
Complete all the required fields.
You will see that you can complete this Expense by either Clicking on Complete or Save as Draft.
If this expense has not been paid, do not tick the Paid box which you will find in front of the Due date.
Once all relevant fields have been saved you can now either Save this to Drafts or Complete.
