Adding details to Invoices

Each invoice can have its own Invoice Name, Category, Description and Line Items (if required).

In addition, all your invoices (and expenses) can have other information about your organisation customised in Organisation Settings > Finance Settings > Invoices, Expenses and Deposits.

Attachments

You can attach files to an individual invoice β€” for example, a quote, a contract, or any supporting documentation the recipient needs. Attachments are visible on the public-facing invoice, so the recipient can view and download them when they open or pay their invoice.

To add an attachment, open the invoice and look for the Attachments section.
