You can order in ascending or descending order all resultant fields in a Report.

In this report, re-ordering is possible by clicking on the End Date heading of Membership period (to show who needs to be reminded about renewal).

To view the Contacts alphabetically, click on the Contact heading:

In the case of this Report, we could even order the results by Region (Custom Field):

In each case, the print version (PDF) will reflect the ordering preferences selected.
