Using Reports to create a Group

Discover how to create member groups using Reports in TidyHQ. Stay organized, email efficiently, and track memberships effortlessly!

Updated over 11 months ago

Using the Reports function is a handy and easy way to get up to date member lists for emailing or keeping track of lapsed or non-renewed memberships.

Member Lists

Just want to get the most up to date list of Active Members to send them a special email?

Select the Membership Level, making sure that the status is Active. From the available Options (grey button on the right) select the Email field & Search. You can then add the results to a new (or existing) Group.

Results can also be exported to CSV file or printed as a PDF for meetings.

Viewing Expired Members

View Expired Members

Select "Expired" as the status. These results can also be saved to a specific group, if required.
