Creating Membership Levels

Quickly create Membership Levels in TidyHQ with options for both Fixed and Rolling types, easily accessible from the Memberships section

Set up your memberships quickly and easily!

Setting up your Membership Levels is easy. You can have as many or as few levels as you require.

There are two types of Membership Levels: Fixed and Rolling. They're both set up from Memberships / Memberships Levels and select +New Membership level from the green drop-down button.

For a Membership Level to appear on your public website, two things must both be true:

  • The Membership Level's Visible to setting must be set to Public (or Groups)

  • Your organisation must have a Stripe payment gateway connected

If either is missing, the Memberships page will not appear as a menu item on your site. You can connect Stripe under Organisation Settings > Payments.
