Adjusting the Membership Period

If you have a Member and need to adjust the start or end date for the Membership follow these steps.

  • Find the Contact you want to adjust

  • Select the Membership Level

Once on the Membership Details page;

  • Click the Start or End Date in the Subscriptions line, whichever you'd like to adjust

    • You'll typically select the top line of the Subscriptions

  • Use the Calendar Popover to amend the Date

  • You should now see a different Start/End Date

    • You may also see the Status field update based on the date(s) you have entered
