Setting Up Multiple Day/Night Events

When setting a new event, you can set up one event that runs for a period of more than one date. e.g. every weekend in July

After you've created your Event, add Tickets and enter the ticket type you wish to create.

For example, you could create a Ticket Type for each weekend:

  • Week One: 1st-3rd July

  • Week Two: 8th-9th July

  • Week Three: 15th-16th July

  • Finals: 22nd July

You can also include a Sale Ends date for each ticket (so that tickets for the past events can't be inadvertently purchased).

The attendee list will illustrate those that have bought each Ticket Type. The attendee list can also be downloaded as a CSV or printed as a PDF.
