Attaching Documents to your Contacts
Updated over 11 months ago

You can now attach documents to your contacts.

You can use this to store any member information you might find useful, such as a Working With Children check, or any other club or organisation documentation.

When viewing a contact, you should see the new Attachments section. You can simply drag-and-drop a file into this area, or use the "Add" button to access a file picker to do the same.

Once a file is uploaded, any club or organisation admin with Contacts permission can rename and delete the attachments.

A log of all changes related to a contact's attachments will appear in the Activities section on the contact, as well as in your club or organisation's global Activity Feed.
