If you are your organisation's Account Owner, you can grant permission to the TidyHQ support team to access your account, which can help us solve issues for you quickly and easily. You can also revoke this access at any time. Best of all, we track this formally, and will add it to the activity feed for your account so you know exactly when you did it.
Enabling Support Access
From your organisation's admin dashboard, click on your name in the top right corner and select My Profile.
Next, click TidyHQ Account in the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the "TidyHQ Support Access" section and click Grant Support Access.
Note: Other Administrators for your organisation will be able to grant support access temporarily following these steps, but it will not be permanent, or recorded on your Activity Feed. For continued permission, please ask the Account Owner to follow the steps above.
Revoking Support Access
From your organisation's admin dashboard, click on your name in the top right corner and select My Profile.
Next, click TidyHQ Account in the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the "TidyHQ Support Access" section and click Revoke Support Access.
