There are four contact Groups that are pre-installed in TidyHQ when you start:
Members
Sponsors
Suppliers
Supporters
(Note: by default, new members from each membership level are placed in the Members group).
There are also four number of pre-installed Smart Groups:
Current members
Anyone whose membership is currently Active.
Churned members in last 31 days
Anyone whose membership has expired recently (n.b. this includes changes of level).
New members in last 31 days
Anyone with a new membership recently (n.b. this includes changes of level).
Renewed members in last 31 days
Anyone who's renewed a membership recently.
These Groups are based on what our clients typically create for themselves - so we've done the hard work for you!
As these are default Groups for all TidyHQ accounts, they are unable to be deleted.
You can see the filters that are being used to Create these groups
You can see the Filters that we are using to generate these Groups by heading to the Group → Actions → View as Filters in Contacts
This will then expose the filters we're using for each of the Groups together with the Contacts.
You can toggle these filters if you want and click Save as Smart Group to generate a new Smart Group with different filters.
The SportsTG (GameDay) integration also creates a number of Managed Groups. These are unable to be deleted.
