There are a number of groups that are pre-installed in TidyHQ when you start:

There are also a number of pre-installed Smart Groups:

These Groups are based on what our clients typically create for themselves - so we've done the hard work for you!

As these are default Groups for all TidyHQ accounts, they are unable to be deleted.

You can see the filters that are being used to Create these groups

You can see the Filters that we are using to generate these Groups by heading to the Group → Actions → View as Filters in Contacts

This will then expose the filters we're using for each of the Groups together with the Contacts.

You can toggle these filters if you want and click Save as Smart Group to generate a new Smart Group with different filters.
