When someone has paid for a membership or shop item or anything on your site via Stripe, you can refund them.
Stripe refunds the amount paid minus their fees
TidyHQ refunds the TidyHQ portion of the transaction fees to the customer
Note: Partial refunds can only be done through Stripe, not TidyHQ.
Issuing the refund
Head to Finances > Transactions. Under Actions to the right of the transaction, click on Refund. This activates the refund popup.
Fill out the details and click on the Refund button.
Once you have clicked on the Refund button you will see the details of the original payment AND the refund in Transactions.
