Adding Tasks to Roles

Allocate recurring tasks to roles instead of individuals in TidyHQ for seamless transitions and consistent task completion."

Updated over 10 months ago

Rather than adding Tasks to individuals, you can also allocate Tasks to Roles.

So, if you have a Task that needs to be done every month or year, you can allocate that task to a Role and then when the person doing the role changes, the Task will remain active and the correct person will be notified. This makes handover to new committee members super easy and nothing gets forgotten!

Simply type the Role name into the "Assignee" field when setting up a new task.
