Almost all TidyHQ customers receive payments via Stripe, and so the process of changing the bank account used for payouts is mostly done via Stripe.
If you need to check your Stripe login email, visit Organisation Settings > Payment Settings > Stripe Payments in TidyHQ and the email address should be in the bottom right of the pane.
If you don't have the Stripe Payments pane at all, or if you don't have a red "Disconnect Stripe" button in the top right, these instructions don't apply to you. Please email info@tidyhq.com directly and we'll help you out!
Log in to the Stripe Dashboard, then visit Settings > Business > Bank accounts and currencies to view the current bank account which payouts go into. Click the three-dots button on the right to begin the change process.

Note: our Australian customers can be billed via direct debit instead of by card payments. Updating that is handled separately, in Billing.
