Guide to Billing at TidyHQ

Check your TidyHQ Balance, Pricing Plan details, Payment methods and history

When you sign up to TidyHQ, you will receive our Pro Plan free for a one month trial. At the end of the month, you'll need to select one of the available plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and keep track of all your billing information from within the Billing dashboard.

You will find the billing section of your account by clicking on Billing towards the bottom of the admin menu.

The first section within Billing is the Overview of your current plan.

You'll be able to quickly get an idea of your current usage, when your email usage gets renewed, how much credit you have, and who receives email contact about billing.

From the billing Overview page you can access several other tabs relevant to your billing:


Plans

TidyHQ keeps it simple by only having two plans - our Starter (free) plan or our Pro (paid) plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan in this tab.

Note that each plan also has transaction fees associated with transactions processed through TidyHQ. Please see the plan details page for more information.


Payment Methods

In this tab, you can add your Bank Account for Direct Debit, or enter a credit card. The method you choose will be used to make payments from your organisation to TidyHQ.

Note: Direct Debit available for Australian customers only.

Note: The bank account you nominate as your Billing account does NOT have to be the same one that you receive payments into when you charge your customers for a product through TidyHQ.


Contacts

In this tab, you can review and edit who is receiving billing updates. There needs to be at least one contact. By default, it will be the account owner, but you could add the Treasurer and/or Committee Members if required.


History

The History tab shows all transactions between your organisation and TidyHQ. You can see when your plan type was changed, when any monies was taken out of your account or added to your TidyHQ Credit Balance.


SMS History

If you have SMS turned on in the Communicate app, this tab shows you the organisation's SMS history. You can see when credit was added to your TidyHQ SMS balance, and when it was used to send a message.
