Managing your profile and your children's profiles

How to view and edit your own profile and your children's contact details from your TidyHQ account.

Updated this week

If your club uses family memberships, TidyHQ lets you manage your own profile and your children's profiles from a single login. Here's how it works.

Your profile and your children's profiles are separate

When you joined the club, a contact profile was created for you. If you've registered a family membership or a membership for someone else in your family, separate contact profiles were created for them too. These are all linked to your account, meaning you can view and edit all of them without needing a separate login for each family member.

How to get to your Contact Profile

  1. Log in to your club's TidyHQ site

  2. Click your name in the top right corner

  3. Select Contact Profile from the dropdown

How to switch between your profile and your children's profiles

At the top of the Contact Profile page, you'll see your name with a Primary β–Ύ label next to it. Clicking this dropdown shows all the profiles linked to your account β€” your own (marked as Primary) and each of your family members.

To view or edit a child's profile, simply select their name from the dropdown. The page will reload showing their details, which you can edit and save just like your own.

πŸ’‘ Don't see other names in the dropdown? Family links are set up when a family membership is registered. If you joined individually and your children were added separately, your club's admin may need to manually link the profiles. Contact your club if you think this applies to you.

What if my children share my email address?

That's fine. Children don't need their own email address in TidyHQ. They can be linked to your account without one. Your club's admin can set this up when importing or creating their profiles.
