How to renew your membership if you haven't received a membership renewal email
It’s now possible to ‘Renew’ your membership BEFORE it has expired via the public member portal.
Visit your organisations URL
Log in to your account
Click Memberships
Scroll until you see the membership you wish to renew and click Renew.
Note The Renew button only appears within the Expiry period selected for each membership level (number of days before expiry, eg. 7, 21, 14, 28 etc.)
The only other way to renew is via the link on the automated expiry/renew email that gets sent.
