GroupSpaces will allow you to export your Member Database in a format suitable for importing into TidyHQ.

For TidyHQ, you will need to export your database as a CSV file.

Note: as there is no such thing as too many backups, consider additionally backing up as an XLS (spreadsheet) file. If you have MS Excel (or similar product), you may find it useful to edit your data to remove redundant fields or add new ones. A spreadsheet file can easily be saved as a CSV when needed.
