Updated over a week ago

Welcome to our guide on integrating TidyHQ events with Microsoft Outlook using Zapier, enabling you to sync your events seamlessly.

Step-by-Step Guide for using Zapier 🧙‍♂️✨

Step 1: Setting up the Trigger from TidyHQ

  • Log in to Zapier and click on the Create Zap button.

  • Choose TidyHQ as your Trigger and select the Event Activated event. Connect your TidyHQ account if you haven't already done so.

Test the trigger step and proceed with the latest event.

Step 2: Use Outlook Calendar as the Action

  • After setting your trigger, add an Action.

  • Select Microsoft Outlook as your action app and choose the Create Event event.

  • Connect your Microsoft account if needed and specify the calendar where you would like to add the TidyHQ events.

Now, let’s map the event details from TidyHQ to Outlook Calendar.

Step 3: Test and Activate Your Zap

  • Test the Microsoft Outlook action step to ensure that events are being created with the correct information.

  • Once you are ready, publish your Zap. From then on, whenever a new event is added in TidyHQ, it will automatically appear in your Outlook Calendar.
