For recurring meetings or using a meeting template
To alleviate the need to keep writing out the same agenda month after month, we have added the Duplicate Meeting feature.
Go to Meetings and select the meeting you wish to duplicate. Select the drop down box on the far right, and select Duplicate Meeting.

You can still edit/add items to your Agenda and make changes to the date, time and place.
Once you've made any changes, select Create Meeting. You can then manage invitees as normal.
