An administrator with permission for the Meetings App can lock a meeting. This means that other users will not be able to edit the meeting unless they have the same permissions.
Watch the video to find out how, or scroll on for step by step instructions:
To lock a meeting, go to Meetings > Past Meetings and find the meeting you wish to lock. Click View Details to open the meeting information.
Click Lock Meeting.
A box will appear asking you to confirm you wish to lock the meeting. Click Yes, Lock Meeting.
Your meeting will now appear as Locked.
To edit the meeting again, you will need to unlock the meeting.
