How to make Meetings Public

With TidyHQ, you can elect to make a meeting public. You can only do this once you have created your agenda and saved the meeting.

When you make a meeting public, a new menu appears on your public-facing Web Page with a list of all meetings you have made public.

Watch how to do this here, or read below...

To make a meeting public, click on the drop-down arrow on the far right and click Make Public.

The meeting will now appear on your public-facing Web Page under Meetings. The public will be able to click on the blue "Details" button for the meeting they're interested in and view the agenda.

Important Note:

If make a meeting Public, the whole meeting content will be visible to the general public, including Members & Guests alike. Please bear this in mind when including sensitive information such as financial or other critical information.
