When adding your Meeting details you can also elect to make the Meeting public.
You can make your meeting Public once you have saved your meeting and the Agenda.
When you make a Meeting public, a new link appears on your Public Facing Page and will list all your public meetings.
Click on Start Meeting and a drop down box will appear:
Click on Make Public and the meeting will appear on your Public Facing Page under meetings, the public will be able to click on Meetings > Details and view the Agenda.
