To restore your Meeting from Trash, click Trash from the main menu of your organisation's dashboard (directly under Archive).

Click the "Meetings" tab. Find the meeting you wish to restore and click the Restore button on the right. Your Meeting now will be restored to your Meetings App.

You will also notice that a record of who actually trashed the meeting is here, as well as in the Activity feed.
