Editing a Locked Meeting
Editing a Locked Meeting
Updated over 11 months ago

If a meeting has been 'Locked' it cannot be edited until an admin unlocks it.

Watch the tutorial video below, or read on to find out how.

Step 1. Locate the meeting you wish to unlock

Go to Meetings > Past Meetings.
Find the meeting you are after and select View Details.

Step 2. Unlock the meeting

Administrators with permissions for the Meeting App will be able to unlock the meeting, by clicking the drop down arrow on the far right of screen and clicking Unlock Meeting.

A confirmation box will appear, to ensure you want to unlock the meeting and allow others to edit it. If you do, select Yes, Unlock Meeting.

Step 3. Make any required changes

Now you can Edit Minutes - for topics, tasks and decisions or Edit Meeting - for name, time, date and location info.

Step 4. Lock the meeting again

Once your changes are complete, click Lock Meeting.

A confirmation box will appear, asking if you are sure you would like to lock it. Click Yes, Lock Meeting.
