Others beside the secretary can attach reports to an agenda for your meetings. This is quite a simple task and can take some of the workload not only from the secretaries shoulders but also yours.
Once you have created your Agenda, Β Reports can still be added by going to Meetings >View Details>Edit Minutes then click on the Add Attachments button
however to attach a report remember first it must be saved on your computer.


Note: Currently you can't upload a file to a Sub-Item.
